Most orders ship in 1-3 days depending on the manufacturer and if the item is in stock.

DAMAGES

If your order comes damaged, please contact us and we will have the manufacturer send out a replacement at no cost. Please repack the damaged item in its original packaging and box so that UPS can inspect the damage. All damaged items must be in original packaging and box. There are no exceptions. A call tag pickup will be issued and UPS will be by to pick up the item in about 7 days. You must contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.

NAMEPLATES

If your order came with a nameplate but it was not in the box please contact us. We will have one mailed out by USPS. Please note: Most nameplates are taped to the inside top of the lid. Please check all packing for nameplates before contacting us. Items may move during transit.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow the return instructions: 1. Please contact Customer Service for your Return Authorization Number (RA). 2. All items returned at the customer's request with no issue will incur a 15% re-stocking fee up to a maximum of $50. Items that are returned with no RA number or beyond 30 days will also incur this fee. (Greater than 30 day returns account credit only) Vintage and game-used items cannot be returned. 3. In order to receive credit, we require that you: * Damaged merchandise must be returned in original carton and packaging. * Mark the shipping container CLEARLY with the RA number. * Include the item to be returned with the Certificate of Authenticity. * No credit will be issued if any of the above is missing. * We will refund shipping and handling charges only if our merchandise was damaged, defective, or shipped to you in error.

All merchandise is considered to belong to you until we receive it back in satisfactory condition. We suggest for your own protection that you ship the package back to us insured for the purchase value.
